What To Expect - Studio Portraits
A Relaxed 1-Hour Photoshoot
Enjoy a friendly, laid-back session at my comfortable home studio in Tunbridge Wells. Your dog’s comfort comes first, with plenty of breaks, treats, and fun.
Meet & Greet
We’ll start with a quick chat and a cup of tea to get to know each other before capturing your dog in my signature style.
A Fun Experience
The shoot is all about creating lasting memories. I keep it light and enjoyable for both you and your furry friend.
Tasty Treats & Toys
I provide dog-friendly treats (if allowed) and plenty of water. Feel free to bring your own toys, props, or special treats to make the shoot even more personal.
Outdoor Space
My large back garden is perfect for toilet breaks or the zoomies before settling down for the session.
Helping Hand
I may need a little help from you to settle your dog or get them to stay still for certain shots. I’ll do my best to become their friend, but you’re the expert!

What To Expect - Dog Walk Photoshoot
A Relaxed 1-Hour Walk
We’ll head out in Tunbridge Wells for a calm and enjoyable hour where they can explore, sniff, run, and be themselves. I’ll capture a mix of candid moments and some posed portraits (of you with your dog too, if you fancy!) along the way.
Meet & Greet
Before we start shooting, we’ll take a few minutes to chat, get to know your dog, and let them get comfortable with me, the camera, and a potential new area.
Natural, Candid Photos
The session is all about real moments, such as zoomies, puddle splashing, and toy chasing - everything that shows off your dog’s personality. We’ll also pause for a few more polished portraits in pretty spots.
Treats & Toys Welcome
Feel free to bring your dog’s favourite treats, toys, or anything that gets their attention. I’ll bring dog-friendly treats too (with your approval).
At Their Pace
We follow your dog’s lead. If they need a moment to decompress, have a sniff-break, or burn off some energy, that’s all part of the experience. I like to keep it stress-free and fun.
A Helping Hand
I may need your help to guide your dog or get their attention for certain shots. You know them best, and we’ll work as a team to capture the best moments.
"Harvey photographed my 6 year old Cockapoo before Christmas 2024. Geoffrey had an hour with Harvey. He made him feel at ease with a ball, treats and calm demeanour. I sat on the floor out of shot, but helped get Geoff in correct position, and comfortable knowing I was there. As Geoffrey is black we always struggle to see him truly in photos. The photos Harvey took were incredible and captured geoffrey exactly. As part of the deal you get 5 photos but there were so many good ones to choose that I paid a little extra to get more. I made them into a photo book for my family and Geoffrey has now joined the kids on the family wall!! I’ve become a mad dog woman. But can’t recommend Harvey more. Excellent."

A Bit About Me
I’m a dog lover through and through and especially love Golden Retrievers! I’ve been a professional photographer for over 8 years, with formal training from Central Saint Martins. My work has been exhibited across London and featured in publications like Time Out. I find the unpredictable nature of photographing dogs challenging, but incredibly rewarding. And I enjoy the cuddles that come with it.
